Dr Mehdi is a friendly, empathetic doctor who has a strong interest in workplace injuries and Workers Compensation. By attending multiple Workers Compensation seminars and trainings he has developed a strong understanding of workplace law and rehabilitation in Australia. He has extensive training and knowledge around all aspects of injuries sustained in the workplace and how best to treat and manage them. Through careful planning and management Dr Mehdi can assist patients to integrate back into their workplace with full support.Payment will be required at the time of the consultations unless and Insurance company name and approved claim number has been provided.

Dr Mehdi is also interested in Mental Health. He puts Mental Health Care Plans in place, referring his patients to psychologists or psychiatrists.

Obesity is a common problem and also of special interest to Dr Mehdi. He likes to involve dietitians and physiologists to get the best outcome for his patients care.

He also works with patients needing GP Management Plans, thus giving patients with chronic disease the opportunity to keep their disease under control. Referrals will be made to Allied Health providers and medication will be closely monitored.

Dr Mehdi is skilled in skin checks and skin procedures. He is also qualified to give Muscle Relaxant Injections.

Dr Jessica Uruakpa is a graduate of Hull York Medical School England. Dr Uruakpa has over 10 years experience in clinical medicine within Psychiatry, Women’s Health, Respiratory and Cardiology whilst practicing in the U.K.

Dr Uruakpa is a U.K. qualified General Practitioner with a special interest in Lifestyle Medicine and Mental Health.

When not at work she enjoys keeping fit, listening to classical music and her recent hobby of learning to play to cello.
